We, the undersigned, petition the Hondo Independent School District Board of Trustees to take action in reinstating Mr. Frank Perkins as Guidance Counselor at Hondo High School in Hondo, Texas. Mr. Perkins has served the students of Hondo High School for 28 years and has made a positive impact on countless lives in the community of Hondo. His forced retirement is an intolerable injustice and our signatures attest to this fact.
