I come to face the court to petition for reduction of a D Felony per prior plea agreement. I am asking the court for this consideration due to satisfactorily finishing all punishment given and staying out of trouble ever since. I am also asking for this consideration because i wish to pursue a career to properly provide for my family. This Felony conviction recently kept me from doing so and in this petition I am asking with great appreciation for this reduction to greatly increase my career possibilities.
