Request for clarification on the reason for the MASS student visa rejection by the French Embassy in Iran

Mon ami et moi avons loué deux chambres dans une collocation légale, mon ami a obtenu un visa et j'ai été rejeté avec la clause 5 (logement). C'est illégal et un crime, vous avez volé nos ressources financières et notre temps.

I was rejected by band5 and my other friend with same room rejected by band4 idk what can i say…

I received my visa using the same accommodation documents as my roommate while his visa was rejected with band 5! Un peu bizarre non?

I applied twice last year and it was shockingly surprising to me that my visa was rejected

Why is this happening? Give us a reason at least
