PETITION TO FLORIDA GOVERNOR RON DESANTIS FOR REMOVAL OF HERNANDO COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD MEMBERS AND SUPERINTENDENT

Sometimes we have to have a fresh start.

Their actions (in keeping parents in the dark) we’re unacceptable.

I'm a friend, remove this board immediately!

This is unacceptable .

Any cover up like this should be taken seriously and people covering it up should be arrested and jailed.

In the best interest of all families of Hernando County, I want to see the offending school board members and the superintendent removed from their positions. They knowingly allowed a mentally ill teacher who verbally threatened individuals to remain in a classroom putting everyone at the school at risk. I do not want my tax dollars supporting this type of irresponsible management of our schools.

We must protect ALL our children from this Insanity .

My grandson attended this school was bullied so bad. We have the videos that were posted by those kids also the made 8 songs stating how they wanted to kill him and his friends. I’m appalled at how this was handled and to top it off my grandson had to move schools. What an awful school. He missed school from 11/16/2022 until January after holiday break! He’s the one that was hurt in all this!

Their failing not on Fox Chapel, every school in Hernando County

This is a dereliction of their duty to protect children from dangerously mentally ill teachers!

School Boards are becoming to woke and too powerful. They no longer follow rules. This must stop. Children are not pawns to be used toward political agendas.

My children and grandchildren have attended school in Hernando County. There is no excuse for not taking immediate action to terminate this teacher and there is no excuse for not informing the parents immediately concerning this issue.

In the best interest of the students of Hernando County, I want to see the afore mentioned school board members and the superintendent removed from their positions. They knowingly allowed a mentally ill teacher remain in a classroom putting everyone students, teachers and faculty members at risk. Mental illness is the number one driving force behind the mass shootings that we have seen explode across our county in the last 10 years. There is no excuse for their behavior.

Outrageous!! A full complete and deep investigation needs to be started immediately. If this “Facts” are confirmed the immediate termination of all involved and referral for appropriate legal action.

I believe parent should be notified anything that it affects our children

If this was the other way around and the student got caught he/she would have been pulled out, locked up, expelled, psychology evaluated, all of the above who knows. Yet this teacher goes back in the school system. I'm disturbed and disgusted

These school board members failed our children in this county. I have removed my kids from the hernando county schools until my children's safety is taken seriously. There needs to be an investigation into the cover up by the school board members and the hernando county sheriff's office!

They should all be removed! With all the mass shootings going on they choose to protect a teacher that they knew clearly had made those threats to the children! Why did they choose to cover up! They clearly did NOT have the interest of the chilren.Fire all that were involved. Sticking.....

The teacher made threats and should be removed, just if it were anyone else.

Yes I am a parent of a child in this school , my daughter walks down the same hallways and wasn’t notified.
