I just spent the last hour reading through your stories about these ridiculous pool card charges and honestly it makes my blood boil how they treat us. I am currently digging into the bylaws to see if there is any actual legal standing for these fees because I refuse to just hand over fifty dollars for a piece of plastic they probably bought in bulk for cents. Just keep the momentum going while I sort through this mountain of paperwork.

Seeing all these signatures makes me realize I am definitely not the only one annoyed by these ridiculous card fees. It feels like the community is finally waking up to how much they take us for granted and that honestly feels pretty good.

ridiculous. i already pay my dues every month. they act like this is a private club we dont own.
Fifty dollars for a piece of plastic?? That is daylight robbery and everyone knows it. Stop trying to squeeze us for every penny we have.

very dissatified with the fact that HOA has the governing voice in our neighborhood. We must let our voices be the turning point for change!
