This is absolutely disgusting. This needs to be put to a stop, NOW. This is completely unacceptable. These animals are being deprived of basic animal rights such as proper shelter and water. This is severe neglect, animal cruelty and abuse. I am so thankful that someone is standing up for these poor animals, they cannot speak for themselves so someone has to.
