As many of you may or may not know, last year the decision was made at the AGM to change the date of O'O's to September. This has been confirmed in the newsletter that has been published recently. I have set up this group because a growing number of people have expressed that it should stay in November, myself included. Today I emailed the O'O's society expressing my disappointment at the decision which appeared to have been made without a wider consultation. The current Head of the school Mr Robb kindly replied stating that there were 2 reasons for the change: 1. To avoid the sports being cancelled due to bad weather like last year 2. To encourage younger O'O's to attend before they start Uni Please show your support for keeping the long tradition of it being held the last week in November. This has always been and it also coincides with the dedication of the chapel.
