I have met with Mr. Reger and have reviewed a presentation and architectural renderings. Following this review, I am in firm support of the project.  We understand that there will be a one-story enclosure on 3^rd Street, and a retractable front awning.  He also discussed their plans to clean up the trash issue, upgrade the front patio and clean up the exterior of the building.

I acknowledge that the existing building is in need of an upgrade and I look forward to the finished project. Please work with us so we can realize this opportunity to help revitalize the neighborhood and add a valuable amenity to our neighborhood.
