Safety is the biggest issue and Council are elected to look after our area of Forrest Beach. We need a safe, user friendly boat ramp/jetty as we have fishing clubs who visit the area and bring at least some tourism and money into our area.

We need decent sea access from forrest beach for tourism and safety reasons. Also the closest point for people from palm island to come to mainland.

This has been an ongoing issue for as long as I have known experiencing difficulties loading boats from Forrest Beaches boat ramp for 30 + years...

best beach in the district and closest access to the islands, needs a descent ramp for launching and reiceving boats safely
