For long enough Regenki has half-assed running Hidden Villages. He does not listen to the members, or the people who he appointed to assist him, to the point where he would remain away to not have to face the consequences of doing so from the other moderators, culling them in one fell swoop, not caring if this doomed the Hidden Villages we all know and love. There are those among you who have already left over his lack of leadership, or have a foot out the door, or are chomping at the bit for him to stand aside so you can come back.

When Regenki wants things put in the guild, he does so without having others critique his work. When others do, they have to wait months or years for his say so. When it is brought to his attention the guild needs to be streamlined, he wants to see outlines of the plan to do so, while adding more content that unbalances things further. He will revoke or reverse content or rulings in place he does not personally agree with, even when some items need only his thumbs up, reinforcing the opinion he will not look at the outlines he demands.

Even after expelling every other moderator in the guild, he claims to have made a plan to transfer leadership over to Naomi, but thus far has not set a date. At the time he said he would wholly focus completing his revamp of the clans, and when he producing nothing after working for months, he shifted over to elemental techniques. He has introduced new jutsu, Master List items, and Clans, all with no other soul having set eyes on them before they were introduced, since spring, even when advised it would make things that much harder to balance.

Just a day before this petition was created, he was reminded a ruling had been made in April about no longer being able to Auto-Learn passives. Did he revoke those purchases? No. He put out a message to publicly reverse that ruling and affirm he is doing his best to balance online role playing with very few people and his offline activities. Strangely enough, an update that he made previously saying he would focus solely on overhauling the guild's systems has gone missing.
