We had a real estate agent tell us our home was one others wanted to retire to. Agree totally. Plan to stay here unless they make it untenable. Before leaving we'll leave a statement they'll never forget.

Prefer to have course remain a green space; in the alternative, if houses are approved by permit, extremely concerned about how this development will affect drainage! All that concrete for slabs and roads will divert water and endanger existing homes.

Stormwater drainage is my #1 concern.
It must not flow into neighboring yards or ditches, they get full enough without the added water from the golf course property.

I hope we can do this. I was a member since 1968, (before all the changes) and also worked as a greenskeeper for 2 years, as well as the lifeguard, and my 50's band played in the club bar in the early 80's. It would be great to have it back.
