Foreign drivers have to have local license!
Law has to be clear foreign license is forbidden to drive alone on roads!

Come on, NZ Govt!!!
If you don't wanna do anything about the crazy cost of the housing price and more than 90% unsolved barglar cases.
PLEASE!!!! At least do something for the road safety. Not just sitting on your bum and do nothing but getting pay from us!!!!

Overseas driver need to pass a throughout driving test.
OR
Must be kept in Prison for at least 10 years if they killed someone here in NZ.

Any driver who drives in NZ must hold a valid NZ driver licence because this is the only way to keep road safety!

A structured approach is needed.
All foreign visitors who intend to drive in NZ should pass a competency test of intelligent design, based on our own internal licencing requirements.

I strongly concur that any foreign drivers need to be compelled to take a NZ driver's test.

I think it should be ANY foreigners wishing to drive her, not just those staying longer than 3 months. They shouldn't be able to hire a car without producing proof they've passed the test.
