I honestly never expected this much momentum when I started typing this up at my desk that night. It really says something that so many of you saw the same unfairness I did right away even though it feels like the administration is just hoping we will all go quiet and move on.

They need to do the right thing and level the playing field. This is not hard to understand administration.
This is completely unfair to everyone else. The curve exists for a reason and you cant just change the rules half way through because one class had an issue. Fix this.
This is so biased toward those students. Everyone works hard for their grades and this just feels like a slap in the face to the rest of us.
wow. just wow. so much for a fair law school education.
Total nonsense. If they get a buffer then everyone should. Either keep the curve for everyone or apply the fix to everyone. Zero consistency.

Are you serious? My gpa is going to take a hit because of this. Make it fair for the whole class not just a select group.
