As a Fordham student ten+ years ago and an Adjunct Instructor now it's devastating to see that Fordham has not budged much, and in some cases has gone backwards, on institutional racism.

Time to walk the talk. Over the years we have had too many task forces that have produced many reports and very little tangible, meaningful actions. Everyone recognizes platitudes when they read them. Enough/Basta.
