This makes me really worried at how easy it is to steal these cars, yes they may be the older models. My 2014 focus is fitted with keyless entry and start and is a great feature but IF I buy another Ford I won't be getting it again.

We need something sorting for all the focus drivers who are panicking about the car crime and how easy it is to take the focus away from us

Surely any manufacturer in this day and age should treat vehicle security with the importance that we the customer deserve , if your spending uppermost of 18 k on a performance ford you don't expect somebody to be able to steal it in less than a minute , especially if you want us customers loyal to the brand . This problem is already effecting us without our cars being stolen when I bought my car 6 months ago I had an insurance quote of £160 fully comp I didn't need to start a policy then as it was transferred to remainder of my existing policy but last week I had to renew my policy and it had more than doubled and when asking insurance companies the reason they said theft was the reason . If Ford doesn't address this problem I would consider moving from the brand when it comes time to change .

r&d should include proper anti theft testing, ford need to modify asap.
I have a Fiesta ST and would be devastated to see it nicked.
