Only had my Focus ST 2008 3 weeks ago. Crazy how many have been going missing all down to Fords silly push start button. Really scared mine will be next and also asking myself why i paid 10k for a car that has no security at all.

disgraceful service from ford i wouldnt touch a new car from them the best thing to do is avoid buying there cars and let there sale drop and see there factory shut down like rover did some time ago

Why should hard workers purchase a flawed vehicle for it to be stolen and abused. This needs to be sorted and Ford need to step up and take responsibility.

if ford do not do anything then their reputation will be damaged & hurt sales. Ford & all the other manufacturers need to take this issue up with Brussels as they are the ones who have caused this so I've been led to believe. Ford must take care of its customers not just ignore this epidemic of car theft. Ford must face up to this problem & defend its customers!

why can't the live for obd on them have a key pad with pin to be entered to access with a scanner

Looking to purchase a focus RS in the future but seeing as there so easy to steal it may be best to keep away .

This needs to be sorted!! Why should we all be paying more money for extra security devices when they should come with enough security already! We spend £15000+ on a new ford and they can be stolen within 30 seconds!!!!
