Calling this SUV a Mustang is embarrassing as a 9 Mustang owner. Like others have said an electric 2 door coupe would be great. But a 4 door SUV is stretching it a lot. I will not buy another Mustang sports car that will associated with an SUV family car. (I do not care about speed it is simply the ruining of the Mustang history. ) The Dodge Challenger is staring to look better!

Don't call it a mustang just because you forced it to look kind of like one. When you think of a mustang, rwd, 2-door coupe, and shelby comes to mind. Defenantly NOT a crossover SUV. That is the last thing that comes to mind, other than a truck. If there will be an electric mustang, keep the sports coupe, not some 4 door crossover SUV.

As a mustang owner (2014) I agree with this petition. I would be interested in a electric mustang that is a coupe for sure.

I can not believe ford would even consider calling an electric SUV a mustang. Not a bad looking suv but definitely is not or will never be a muscle car or accepted as a mustang. Losing buisness big time with that name.
