I have a proposal, to cut the toll of innocent deaths by armed police officers. I have used my Criminal Justice background and logic to come up with this proposal. I am proposing that every officer in the nation be forced by law to use at least the first 4-6 rounds as rubber bullets. Live rounds should only be used in responding to armed and dangerous threats, and proper hostile situations. From there, proper force should be used, and/or criminal charges should be brought against them.
