This petition was created in the hopes of bringing the harrassing anon in /ef/ to light by forcing him out of anonymous and branding a name on him so he cannot harrass and hide from others while pretending to be multiple people. We hope this will be brought to light to the mods if we reach our goal. The fifth rule in the 6 rules for efchan.net states that moderation is light, but not nonexistent. As well as the users should not be a complete douche bag. We are not asking for him to be banned for an amount of time. But forcing a name should serve as punishment for all this time of harassing the chan posters.
