A left turn signal should help to make this intersection safer for all drivers. It is very commendable for the students to take this interest in public safety.

Most dangerous turn is turning left (west) onto Howland when northbound on Forest. If a southbound car on Forest is also waiting to make a left (eastbound) turn, you can not see southbound traffic in the right-hand lane.
