I reside one block from Forest & see accidents at least once a day on this dangerous road. People drive as if they're driving on a highway. This left turn signal would prevent many accidents! It will also eliminate a little bit of traffic.

It is a good idea to implement a left turn light at the intersection. It is very inconvenient to drive during rush hour and wait sometimes two light changes until you can make a left turn from Forest into Howland.

So glad this has been brought up! Just the other day I almost got T-boned by a car that ran a red light while I was trying to make a left onto Howland Ave.
