Laurel Wahl what exactly are these horrible things posted on THAT page. Please be specific and have proof to back it up. I for one have never posted anything but verifiable truth about a dying puppy. I also see proof of the other ill puppies. Real solid proof. Where is yours?

If you don't like Augusto, don't deal with him. Tell your friends not to deal with him. Tell your friends' friends not to deal with him. He's trying to do things right, he loves and dotes on his dogs, and he's not forcing you or anyone else to buy from him, or even to associate with him. Why not just let him be... let the agencies that are created to look out for the welfare of animals do their job. I would think that a permitted, licensed kennel would be in everyone's best interests - Augusto would have to maintain certain standards and would be subject to regular inspections. In the meantime, the haters are saying a lot of horrible things about a young man who is just trying to make a living doing what he loves with dogs he loves. Any breeder is going to have a puppy now and again that is not a perfect specimen... people do not always have healthy babies either. It's called "shit happens" As for "just trying to make money off his dogs" - it's what ALL breeders are trying to do... they don't breed their dogs just for fun, you know. Give it a rest - leave him be and let him get the regulation you may feel he needs through the appropriate agencies.

Hmm The Truth about Griffin Kennels.... nothing but sour grapes...this facebook pages has no desire for debate... if you try to debate them you are banned! Again I will ask about any of the remedies the injured parties have sought out? There are a number of legal remedies available from the attorney generals division of consumer affairs to small claims court. I have not heard anything about any legal remedies sought. I personally know of many folks who have purchased animals from him and a number who are grateful for his assistance in training their animals. The fact the the individual who created the fb page hides behind it instead of being forthright and standing behind the muck she throws should speak volumes. Again kendra anytime u want ti ko debate...lets in a forum that you cant block people who disagree with you. I dont condone any bad practice the hurts or injures any animals... but the liable and slander that takes place on that page is amazing to me. I know personally people who have purchase his animals and are very very satisfied and how have turned to him for training of animals that had issues all I know of are happy.

why are the haters so desperate that they have come here on Augusto's petition to complain, they have their own page for that and they have their own petition, which there is no place for us to comment, they make sure of that, like banning people from their page and then still continue to mention their name and talk shit. This country is founded on innocent until proven guilty - or so we keep telling people. Augusto has never been convicted of any crime and therefore the town counsel CAN NOT and SHOULD NOT take into account any allegations that have been made. They are allegations and not proven facts, and unless he has been convicted they shoudn't be used against him when determining his license. I work at a law firm (unfortunately not in your state), and I say if you are denied based on mere allegations and/or the harassment continues by these other individuals, that you immediately hire an attorney to represent you in proceedings for slander, defamation of character, loss of income, etc. I may not know you personally, but everything I have seen that you have posted shows nothing but love and caring for your animals.
