i'm against breeders when there are so many animals in shelters. if he is breeding recklessly than he should be stopped. i can' t believe he's pulling the gay, brazilian card. i doubt that's true. if his dogs are unhealthy or bred indiscriminately, that's a concern.

Intentionally Breeding females at the tender age of 8 months old, when they have not even finished growing: Puppy Mill. Breeding dogs that are not genetically cleared but claiming they are: Puppy Mill. Stating dogs are OFA hip/elbow cleared and they are not: Puppy Mill. Allowing females in heat to breed with whatever male is present and having no REAL proof of the sire :Puppy Mill. Reselling sick dogs that were returned to make even more money off of the poor sick dog :Puppy Mill. Selling unvaccinated puppies and having no Promised vet records at the time of sale, but lying about it : Puppy Mill. Selling unvaccinated, non health checked dogs/puppies across state line which is illegal " Puppy Mill... I can go on Laurel.... but hey if this is your idea of a reputable breeder ???? it sure is not mine and potential buyers need to be aware or lose their deposits when and if they find out.

Actually, if you learn how to read properly, one was bred at 8 months and another was bred at 10 months. More than one female.

A family member, but nope not my sister. Not once anywhere did I say she was my sister. Yes he made my family member sign the NDA and yes I spoke for her. Before I blew the whistle on poor sick Jaxson, I had comments deleted for simply asking how old his pregnant females were as they look very very young. I was right. They were puppies themselves, having puppies. Very very sad :( I own 2 females and can't imagine doing that to the dogs I love so much. To him they are nothing more than a MAC MACHINE. Disgrace!

I would think the IRS would be very interested in AD's income or is he above that law too?

Laurel, If someone has made such copious amounts of funds, they should be a verifiable business and as soon as the Town of Barnstable starting investigating them (or bullying as it seems to be thought of) they could have moved. The amount of puppies is falling under the guise of a puppy bill.I could careless how much he makes but the numbers and the use of the funds seem not to add up. Additionally, you are correct, he may not need to be a corporation but he does need to register with the Town of Barnstable as a business. He has not done that either. He must be registered "doing business as" Something that, again, you can call the town an verify. You can't operate without that certificate, if you do, you have done so fraudulently. Again, these are all statements that you can verify yourself. However, most people will not take the time to do that before making a major purchase like a $1500 animal.

I would encourage you to read my post again. Where is there "bragging"? We have had similar experiences on different sides of the fence. It is very frustrating to see adults completely ignoring facts that are easy verified in favor or love and good feelings. I am not here to attack or be attacked but to share information that I read and verified with the appropriate organization. Nothing I stated cannot be looked up independently. The biggest problem is that so many people do not properly comprehend what they are reading.

Laurel Wahl you are correct one should have ALL paperwork and proof of all said health checks on his adult dogs before putting one penny on one puppy. That is why I am here. He claims to have a three year waiting list and a NON refundable deposit contract and people trust him as my family member did. This is a big mistake as he has no pedigree information online, just got Griffin's hip cleared after the dog produced god knows how many puppies, yet there still is no proof in the data base on his females hip scores, and one female has shown to be a DM carrier. Where are the health screens on his other females? Hip/elbow scores? Why have people not been given vet records at the time of sale? Why are puppies not vaccinated for Parvo and distemper which is required by law when crossing state lines and my family member paid for. How about a simple deworming for a 12 week old puppy? People need to know as they trust him , as she did and it's in the mail just doesn't cut it , especially after you travelled 8 hours for a puppy like some here have, only to find out that you have a very ill dog when you take it to your vet and there really is no vet records. You say it is sad my sister did that....NO....it is sad Griffin Shepherd Kennel did that. He makes a living off of the trust and hard work of innocent people.

He made her sign an NDA contract which is no longer valid since he broke it himself yesterday :) that is why I spoke for the puppy.

So another GSD dog lover who finds it acceptable for a puppy to have puppies. Their hip xrays would not even be accurate as they have not yet finished growing.

Amber, ask him to see the rest of his AKC inspection form. On his facebook he only showed you page 2.......and do you really think the ACK would forget to list the puppies? No, I don't think so.......that's because he hid them. He's a scam artist that has screwed so many people and hurts so many dogs, it's sad.......and for some reason he has a following that just can't see the truth. Think about these poor dogs being bred every single heat cycle.......it breaks my heart

He just posted his AKC certification and you all buy the fact that the AKC made a mistake and left the puppies off of the report???? That doesn't raise a red flag???
