as this is something we agreed on (regestering fixed slots during peak hours) during the interview process. It should be something that you ask your teachers before implementing.

They are removing one of the few things that gave the teacher any advantage or incentive to teach for their company.

I fully agree that fixed classes should be reinstated, they make up a big percentage of our salaries, and without them, quality teachers will suffer.

I could also leave it and migrate elsewhere, but I think it's right to ask for some stability in the working conditions, because things can get a lot worse if you never say anything.
