In the last few years, a small, vocal lobby of cycle activists has held the City of Kingston hostage to forward an agenda that takes parking away from businesses, marginalizes seniors and the handicapped by removing transportation options, and makes our already narrow, outdated streets more hazardous than they already are! All paid for by your tax dollars while our roads crumble around us! Bike lanes are being shoehorned everywhere regardless of cost, practicality, or utility, with no meaningful public input or referendum. If you protest, you will be called names, intimidated, and ignored as the fix is already in. But you aren't the only one who feels this way. It is time the silent majority spoke up and took back our city. Enough with the bike lanes already!
