Elected Governor Andrew Cuomo has diminished the public trust and consistently denied the people of New York proper representation through the people's House of Representatives and Congress. His actions are despotic and arbitrary causing multiple lawsuits against himself at a substantial great cost to the citizens. Govenor Andrew Cuomo has endorsed violence and created a Sanctuary state giving quarter to illegal aliens while he deliberately stops deportation, also allowing citizen privileges such as driving privileges.
Therefore, the people hereby duly demand by evidence of signature that Andrew Cuomo Govenor of New York State be removed from public office immediately upon service of this petition by the people of New York State upon the House of Representatives, Albany New York
