Its a darn shame they put that poor baby down just because she was a PIT BULL, You know thats what happened, You people should be ashamed of yourself, That poor baby could have been treated for ring worm and adopted out, you people are just as bad as these animal abusers. Shame On You....Destiny had a right to live and have a chance at a new life but no you had to take her life so that means you are no better then the people that left her run the streets.

I have heard so many horrible stories about this particular Humane Society. It's almost as if Cruella Deville is the director there. Didn't think I would EVER say this about a humane society, but this place needs to be shut down.

Horrible! There was no reason for this. Her only "crime" was not having a home.Who kills an animal for ringworm? HS hates pits and I'm guessing that was most of the reason this happened. They need to be held accountable!e

just a couple extra words was all that was needed. when the worker told the customer Destiny had ringworm, was it too hard to add, she has ringworm and we will put her down, so if you want to keep her, take her home. the ringworm is easily treatable. Was that too much to ask?

This story just breaks my heart ...a beautiful animal PTS when so many people were trying to save her..She should have been given a chance!!! and this makes me sick

I don't understand why the rescue did not step up and get her the day you were called, but all in all I will say it again, we need better laws and they should all be a no kill shelter. We need to at least give them a chance. The states and federal fund all these prisons with all these murderers, pedifiles and what ever else is in them and they should step up and fund no kill shelters, as well as deal with animal offenders much more harshly. I am so sorry for Destiny and wish it would have been a better ending.
