"regulations ensuring the humane treatment of animals" synonyms: compassionate, kind, considerate, understanding, sympathetic, tolerant.

Come on Stark County what happened here - this is not proper procedure and ring worm can be cured. Why was this dog destroyed?

Dogs need rights, they need to be made NOT a piece of property that is just disposable, like an old diaper !!! So sick of so much system abuse,lack of empathy, and sheer death of innocents...

This did not need to happen to Destiny. If she was going to be put to sleep they should have told the man bringing her in that was going to happen.
