This should not be allowed to happen to animals. I think it deserves to be investigated thoroughly, especially if a worker is employed by the HS who may sell and/or fight pit bulls.

The Humane Society of Stark County so be completly ashamed of there self to say they have love for animals. You knew that you had someone coming for that dog, and to kill just because YOU THINK it had ring worm. Do your self a favor, when one of your family members every have ring worm, make sure you put them down. This makes me SICK what you people did to this poor dog.

This agency needs to be investigated. Destiny is one of the many incidents that are tried to just be shoved under the rug. With an agency that is so well funded, we all should expect better!

Stop the senseless killing .. Change in management is needed, The management is a pit breeder which is contradictory to what the SCHS is suppose to stand for!!

It was very unfair to Destiny. She had an opportunity to have a life and the humane society took that away from her. She had a rescue agency (Jades Rescue) that wanted to lend out a helping hand but the Humane society denied her that chance.

The SCHS has needed an indepth examination for a long time now...animal care/adoptions,"workers" attitudes,finances,etc...They need to be reminded of their-SOLE-purpose!
This should not be happening....

If this was my pet and was gone that quickly before I found her I would be heart broken!
