I was shocked and heartbroken of the story (true) of Double Trouble the orange Tabby that was subjected for weeks on end and died from brutal torture from the University of Wisconsin. Kim Moreland (director, research) needs to stop this immediately. James Battey (director, institute of the deaf) needs to stop using tax payers monies to fund these tortures of cats. The cats were subjected for weeks on end with coils implanted into their eyes and holes drilled into their heads. PETA has documented this. I love cats, and all animals.
