Looking at a house and saw this crazy "law". I would love to live near the ocean for the beach and boating but.. I can't park my boat beside my house like every other place I've ever lived?! Who made this law, a storage facility?? Guess I won't be living in Palm Coast until this law changes.

I vouch for this petition, us small business owners have it hard as it is trying to feed our families and we pay taxes . We should be able to park our work trucks and trailers on our property. As long as it isn’t unsightly or vehicle or trailer doesn’t look abandoned.

I think that you should be allowed a boat with a trailer with a fenced in yard

Utility trailers should be allowed as long as they are not tagged with advertisements and are not a eye sore.

I agree with the petition to be allowed to park trailer/boat within a fenced yard as long as it is not visible from the street.

We pay such high taxes, we should be able to have our personal property on our property!

I agree. Seems like a ridiculous rule assuming the owners are current on their property taxes.

My husband and I have a small business and we have our work trailer either attached to our SUV or detached and waiting for the next job. We use it on a daily basis and cannot keep putting it in our garage wasting our time getting it in and out. It’s clean, our house and yard are clean. Other counties allow boats and trailers parked in their driveways. There are more important things for the city of Palm Coast to be doing other than giving citations for this type of stuff.

We should not be forced to pay for unrealistic storage prices where the city can get more taxes.

The current trailers and boat recreational parking rules for people in City of Palm Coast don't appreciate. We paid property taxes with trailers and boats parking at the house are prohibited... Spending money on trailer and boat at the storage services and paying taxes on our house property cost us doubled or triples. It's disgrace. I signed the perdition.
