For the Board of South Sydney - Expectations NOT Met with Richardson

To the Esteemed Board of Directors at South Sydney,
South Sydney is a proud and passionate club for the past 110 years where we've seen Rainbows and Rollercoaster's - 2014 was a year to remember for all involved with the club from the players to the support staff and so on.
We can all agree that the club has not gone in the direction it would of liked to after our 21st premiership - On a personal note I feel we have inadequately maintained our recruitment and retention over the past three seasons with the losses of Chris McQueen, Dylan Walker, Issac Luke, Luke Keary, Angus Crichton and Ben Te'o for very little in return.
Some of which went to the re-acquisition of Sam Burgess; I can understand that however that is still a lot of talent to lose for just one man.
I feel the overall performance of current Director of Football Shane Richardson has been nothing short of unacceptable - To leave on a World Cup duties in the middle of negotiations with a key contract on the line is unforgivable because of his attentiveness not being fully focused on the club when he was needed.
We all agree that the club has to move forward in key areas and one decision has already been made in the head coaching role - I believe 2018 has to be a year where we are given the opportunity for a fresh approach in certain areas.
For those who sign this contract will have resentment towards the club and Shane Richardson with this being the final straw.
We will present you with this petition once we have adequate numbers.
Regards
Fletcher - 2018 Rabbitohs Member.
