For the Adoption Authority of Ireland to send dossiers to India for Irish prospective adoptive parents as per US and Mexico model

I'm an adoptive parent of a child from India. I cannot understand the discrimination been shown to these PAP's. As a matter of urgency for the children in India who are also been aged out of the process, it's imperative that these dossiers are sent immediately by the AAI until an agency is set up. The mission statement of the AAI is "We will work to achieve excellence in adoption and adoption related services, with the best interests of children as our primary consideration." I call on the AAI to act on the best interests of these children.

please do not procrastinate any longer and send dossiers to CARA, The administrative delays you are imposing on applicants is unacceptable and not in the best interests of children waiting to be adopted in India.

I fully support this petition. My sister Pauline and her husband Graham have received their declaration. They wish to complete an adoption before time runs out. Please send dossiers to India to allow prospective parents provide a loving home to a child who needs one. Also, please extend the expiry dates of current declarations. These couples are grieving like bereaved parents for a child they may never have. Minister please imagine yourself in their position. Thank you for listening.
