how can red tape be used to keep pap's and children from becoming forever families would it be so easy to see children dying in pain or in the hands of predtiors and then still youse red tape as an excuse imagine if that was your child it must be hard to wash the blood of children from your hands . And to join the list of people who won't help the children . How would you feel if you could come home from work and instead of knowing children are dying you instead smile and say I helped to make a forever family today. That one less that you have given a chance of a happy life to .

Children all over the world are suffering eg street children in India and orphans in institutions because of governments policy of slowing down adoptions .The long term prospects for these kids is a life on the streets eg crime, prostution and drug addiction.http://www.channel4.com/news/romania-tunnels-bucharest-orphans-photo

At the very least the re-assessment process for PAP'S with expired Declarations should be very much simplified and progressed expeditiously .

Children always do better in a loving home, rather than an orphanage.

We would like to see that the AAI would extend the declarations when they run out without having to go through the course again .

We should be doing all we can for prospective adoptive parents and the children who will benefit from their love and care
We are in same boat - with declaration extension until end of 2014

It is deplorable that the number of adoptions has fallen to such a low level, so much for the best interests of the child.
