This petition serves as a request to the Department of Highways -Hampshire County Division for changes to be made at the Entrance of Heide cooper Road, We the residence would like for a turning lane for anyone coming from the Augusta/Winchester/Slanesville area we feel the turning lane would make it less dangerous and would lessen the accidents and deaths that have accurred in the past.There are at four Trucking companies that have to cross over the single lane to make turn three of which pull propane tankers.The turn creates a blind spot that limits visiablity for cars as well as trucks with trailers. We ask that you try to get this project into the budget for 2014.
