The BBC finally caved and confirmed that meet and greets are back on the schedule. They tried to ignore the fans but we forced their hand and showed them that this matters. Keep your eyes open to ensure they actually follow through and deliver the experience we fought for.

Final supporters
I have heard that there will be no meet and greets taking place at the Summer Social this year and this is something I would like to challenge. Many fans of certain artists would like to be able to meet their favourite artists as its not an opportunity that comes around very often. I know many people that are travelling great distances just to come to the Summer Social and I'm sure they would be very disappointed if they weren't able to meet their favourite stars. There was meet and greet last year so I don't see any problem as to why it shouldn't happen again. I'm sure many people would also be more than happy to pay for this opportunity so that wouldn't be a problem either.

The BBC is ignoring thousands of fans who spent their hard earned money to travel for this event. These executives think they can strip away the meet and greets without consequence but this momentum proves they are wrong.

Idek who these kids are, but they seem to make u and ur friends happy just like BTS makes me and others happy, so I hope y’all get ur M&G!
I met Naomi Wilkinson last year, and it would be a shame for me not to meet her again along with my other favourite CBBC presenters!
It’s unfair that people are travelling hours to meet their idols when they don’t even have a 100% chance of meeting them if there is no m&g
I think they should do the meet and greets because people are comming that probably haven't met them before like me and it's my dream to and I'm sure people would pay extra for it and my young er sister who is four wants to meet them i not even joking so please
i think there should be a m&g because many people are traveling great distances just to see their favorite performers and it would be really upsetting if they weren’t able to actually meet them.

I genuinely feel like there should be a meet and greet for summer social because everyone wants to meet the boys and the boys would love to meet us fans. they’d be pretty upset if there wasn’t a meet and greet, they’d probably have to walk around for them fans which isn’t bad but I feel like a meet and greet would be better.
