My name is Morgan. My cousin is disabled and wheelchair bound. He absolutely loves taking his dog for a walk. One main problem is there is no where, but on a busy road, to walk. Some parts of Wolgan road have no where to get off the road. Many emails and requests later to Lithgow City Council has resulted in nothing.
