This case should be thrown out of court. It happens too often that someone moves into a house near an operating sports facility (MX, drag racing, baseball, football, etc.) and then decides the sports facility, which was there well before they were, needs to cease operation. It's unfair and should not occur.

We spend an average of $4500 in Polk County when our family goes to Foothill to ride. Great family atmosphere.

Please don't close this track. It seems it a safe place for kids not to get in trouble and is family oriented. We need more places like this.

keep this track open! The track was there first. If the neighboring properties and housing developments complain, they knew the track was there before the building. It was their choice to move there.

Please do not intrude on this respected facility based on utterly unfounded claims. The track is owed due process which will show conclusively that no violations have occurred which would warrant closing.
