Im curious to who thinks its ok for large supermarkets to throw away sell by date foods,when we know it lasts much longer !!! they all do it and there are people out there on very low income with children who go without,pensioners and a whole wide range of people.

We donate to the world in all diffrent kinds of ways,money,food parcels,medical aid etc so why carnt the large supermarkets donante the food they throw away to there own people who are less fortunate ?

Every day there is food going to waste this is so wrong,it should be all gathered togeather and put into food parcels for the poorer people of this country as this day and age food is way over the top in price and only the better off people can afford to eat well.

As a child most of us will of been brought up with the saying " eat all your dinner,there are kids out there who dont have any food or go without"

Yes parents were right,although its a major issue in other countries it is also a big issue here in England,so why not try and change the way the large supermarkets disregard food and get it put into some good aid here,

If you think its wrong that supermarkets throw food away as they do,please feel free to sign my petition, maybe something could change mabe not but at least TRY,
