Please read:
Eligibility for food stamp benefits is usually based on gross and net income. The gross income limits are established by the federal government and are changed every year. Many people whose incomes are not much higher than the required incomes are suffering. These families are struggling to provide adequate food for their families. The government is not designating enough money to food stamps for families, so Americans are often suffering from starvation, or are being forced to eat processed and unhealthy food.
