I am very concerned about this issue as I am currently in the Folsom school district, but I am looking for another house and have been looking in the ARC area. This is, quite frankly, ludicrous that you can live in Folsom and your kids can't go to school in Folsom. Maybe the south of 50 homes should be zoned in El Dorado Hills or Rancho Cordova? Makes more sense to me.

I live in American River Canyon North. We have paid assessments to cover building the schools. Have the folks in ARC south had the same assessments? If they have it should strengthen their case.

All of American River Canyon should be in the Folsom Cordova District. This is ridiculous. They pay Folsom Taxes and it doesn't make any sense. Change the Zone!

The families that live in this neighborhood are Folsom families. Many of the kids attended Folsom preschools and play Folsom sports, yet they can't automatically attend school in Folsom? The city keeps building yet, the council and the school board expects existing, established families to jus t deal with it? That's ridiculous.

We live in Folsom (not ARC south) and are also zoned for SJUSD. Our son was able to transfer but with this new development, our daughter may not be able to. As Folsom homeowners we shouldn't have to worry about whether our children will be allowed to attend Folsom schools.

Please allow these Folsom residents who pay property taxes based on their Folsom address to attend Folsom Córdova Unified School District. It's the right thing to do!

We live in American River Canyon and went through months of stress and begging to get into the Folsom Cordova School District. We are prideful Folsom residents and love our city. Please include us in the school district of our home town. Thank you!

If the residents in ARC West are paying taxes to Folsom, then by all means, their children should attend Folsom schools. This needs to be rezoned, and the district better get going on building the schools planned for South of 50 as soon as possible.
