Far too expensive - a one day trial or small addition to subscription

Absolutely aghast at the profiteering being engineered by FMP. I am sure there would have been many many volunteers who would have transcribed for free and therefore not incurring "costs"for FMP. I just don't buy this story at all!

Appalled at the high cost of using this - FMP should realise that a lot of users are pensioners on a low income and simply cannot afford to pay high annual fees for their hobby and then increased charges on top - Shame on you FMP for being so money grabbing. I was so looking forward to using it and now I know I cant afford it

This pricing structure wasn't thought up over the past couple of days; this took meetings and discussions amongst many people before they came up with the final number. To announce this less than a week before release of the data set shows they knew there'd be push-back.

A modest increase in subscription would have avoided the complaints and probably increased their user numbers. Poor business skills.

Feel this is disgusting as have paid full world wide for many years - subscription is high enough and to ask us to pay onto for UK records is really not on - Fmp please rethink or you might find members will not renew in the future

Extremely annoyed we will have to pay extra on top of our subscription for this service.

Frustrating for loyal subscribers to find that we will have to pay extra for the 1939 Register.

Extremely disappointed this will not be included in my World subscription after being a paying member for over 7 years. I understand it costs to employ people to digitise the records but it should be covered under the subscription.

Nothing new with FMP and their poor customer relations.

Very disappointed that an additional charge to view the register was not announced earlier. FMP most definitely have been dishonest here, they should have been upfront about the extra costs right from the start instead of allowing its subscribers to assume access would be included in the annual fee.

The T& C's in the email I received and I signed up for 10 days ago (12 month World Subscription) States that I have UNLIMITED access to World records - as the register is from the UK It should be covered. Trade Descriptions Act has been breeched here, false advertising. DISGUSTING
