2nd Amendment is of Americans Constitution. Any Elected or Public officials that are employees of the People and NOT LEADERS, shall not infringe on Americans Constitutional Rights.
The People can remove such officials when they infringe on our Constitution.

We have decided on an amendment to current F.S. 100.361 which would allow the citizens of all 67 counties the right to RECALL corrupt elected officials. Currently only 20 have this right.

I will be making changes to the summary to clarify our purpose to make demand of our legislature to amend current FS 100.361 to allow the citizens of Florida the tool to Recall corrupt elected officials. Sorry for the confusion!
