We the people of the undersigned petition, urge Florida House Representatives and Florida Department of Health Officials to pursue legislature that allows for both the lawful operation of local medicinal marijuana dispensing facilities, and the lawful local cultivation and manufacturing of various medicinal marijuana products; which is to be licensed and regulated on the state, county, and city levels in the interests regarding the increased effectiveness of law enforcement resources, the enhancement of revenue for administrative and public purposes, the increased quality of easily accessible medicine, and the individual sovereignty for both the citizens and municipalities of Florida.
