Florida Beaches made Private

Florida governor Rick Scott has just passed a bill making beaches that are in front of hotels, condos, and houses PRIVATE. This bill says that you can walk on the wet sand only and that if you attnempt to sit a chair, a blanket, or even your rear in the dry sand, you can be charged with trespassing or even destruction of property.
This will not only hurt local beach goers and Florida tourists, but it will affect local lawmakers. It will make it difficult or even impossible for lawmakers to create or enforce laws that protect the vegetation and wildlife that live in the dunes. This could set precedence for all natural environments. You have to be rich to enjoy nature now? NO!!
Please sign this petition and forward it to everyone and whether you are a Florida resident, an occasional visitor, or you just love the freedom of visiting nature without being restricted by private owners, please sign this... I will see that it gets back to Governor Scott who, by the way, ownes multiple beachfront properties in Naples.
