We, your loving fans, made this petition to show you all the importance and urgency of our request. We are all inexpressibly moved by the emotional charge of the «How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful» era. It's amazing how genuine, how accurate, how engrossing and inspiring your music is for millions and millions of Flows all over the globe. Each song of «How Big How Blue How Beautiful is a pearl, but there is one particular song that most of us would like to call a diamond. Of all the songs on all of your records, «Various Storms & Saints» stands apart as the most outspoken, the most heart-rendingly honest, full of raw emotion and a special kind of vulnerability.

Dear Florence, we choke with tears listening to that song but we ask you, we beg you to perform it live! Since this song ultimately made it to the record, please give us the rarest possibility to hear it live. Only if for a night. We do remember you saying how hard it was for you to try and be as emotionally bare as possible, to allow the song to be so stripped-back, how difficult it was to cope with the closeness and the intimacy of your vocal delivery, not hiding behind the wall of big sound and reverb effects. We do understand that «Various Storms & Saints» captures an extremely personal experience and might remind you of the sad moments of your life, but we promise we will be there for you. We will sing along with you, we will weep our hearts out and we will try our best to comfort you. We crave for that song live! We need to feel all the energy of it, we need to feel that something electric oozing through our blood, we need that pure feeling!
