Parents have moved out 3 Times over last 13 years while the ground floor was dried out, rebuilt & replaced most furniture over 6 months each time... due to flooding. It’s a recurrent problem... needs a full investigation & published findings!

100% in favour of this, for the local area including that of the residents of Castle Lea , football club owners, members and users, the country park itself.

If you keep building in Church Rd area the situation will get worse. The neddern should have a clear way right through to the Severn and maintained regularly

This also affects the country park, namely the football pitches that then prevents the local youth from using for their league fixtures

If all the authorities worked together as a team this could be prevented.
A class action court case should be considered by the residents.

My friends parents live there and they’ve had to move out 6 times due to the flooding. There’s a lot of elderly people who live there and it’s causing them stress and worry which is very concerning as making them ill with it. Please can you look into this as there must be a solution.

Residents of Castle Lea have suffered enough with all the damages that have been caused each time. Something needs to be done now.
