We pay dearly for property taxes and fuel tax. There is no reason why are houses should flood do to poor drainage systems.

This is a terrible tragedy This family has gone through so much with 4 little ones under 4. While being pregnant and caring for their 3 babies, they had to be exposed to waste rising up into their 'home' and destroying everything it rose up to. PLEASE, whomever has tge powers to be, help help this family to get this problem fixed immediately.
