We, the undersigned FLL Ready Reserves, are requesting a bid modification. In its current state the bid makes "buddy bidding", shift swapping/coverage and overall schedule flexibility a multifarious process. We are requesting that the 1400-2030 lines be adjusted to 1230-1900. This one adjustment will allow for complete flexibilty between all (3) RR lines. Flexibility in scheduling is important to and appreciated by all reserves balancing their personal lives and many times secondary jobs.

Update: The 1400-2030 shift has been adjusted to 1300-1930. Congratulations to all reserves who collectively signed and have been heard. Also, our leaders and upper management deserve credit for addressing our concerns so promptly. Thank you all.
