Hon'ble Chairman,

Competition Commission of India,

New Delhi.

On 6th October 2014, Flipkart.com a entity legal operating in Indian markets as b2c website have announced a mega sale "The Big Billion Day" offering products for a price as low of Rs.1.

Most of the consumers where awaiting there oppertunities to purchase the product which were never made available and described out of stock.

Few customers who were lucky to order online, where latter informed of order being cancelled for the reasons un-known.

This is absolutely a un-fair and cheating business practice, we call upon for a immediate action against the erring company.

With Regards

These testimonials are currently being compiled into a formal report to be submitted to the Competition Commission of India. Your experiences are essential for demonstrating the pattern of deceptive business practices occurring at this company.

The momentum behind this petition highlights a collective frustration with the deceptive sales practices we have observed. This growing consensus confirms that consumers expect accountability and transparency from major platforms.

Waited all day for the sale and everything was out of stock in one second. Total scam just to get people on the site.
